Can I use my own templates?

Yes. You can create progress note templates to structure your notes, and intake templates with text fields, multiple choice and scales for the first interview.

Can patients sign the consent form on their phone?

Yes. Your clinic's informed consent is shown to patients in their app, and the documents you assign them are signed digitally in the app or at the clinic. The patient's details fill themselves into the document.

Can I attach imaging and reports from other professionals?

Yes. You can upload images and any file, such as a PDF or Word document, to the patient's file, name them and search for them later.

Can I dictate my clinical notes?
